Our sustainability training workshops are aimed at industry professionals and subject specialists who want to take their careers to the next level – and, in doing so, support their organisations with the latest information, knowledge and expertise in a changing context.

Since 2003 we have assisted numerous sustainability practitioners and experts to understand the sustainable development landscape.

Our sustainability training courses are presented across the African continent and address the following:

  • Sustainability reporting
    Using the GRI G4 guidelines and including specific aspects like materiality, indicators, performance, sector-specific requirements and more.
  • Integrated reporting
    Using the IIRC framework and including aspects like materiality, the six capitals, the business model and value chain, and stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Materiality
    Developing tools and frameworks for material issue and risk management aspects, identifying material issues, prioritising material issues, validating material issues and linking indicators to measure performance of these material aspects.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
    Identifying stakeholders; prioritising and analysing stakeholders; obtaining stakeholder perceptions, buy-in and support; and conducting stakeholder engagement using a variety of engagement methodologies.
  • Human rights management
    Developing human rights policies, conducting human rights due diligence, impact and risk assessments, and reporting on human rights aspects.
  • Supply chain management
    Developing supplier codes, due diligence of supply chains and measuring performance across the supply chain to ensure sustainable development and growth.
