Development of a Sustainability Strategy
Solution
We developed a sustainability strategy for this client through: Internal and External Stakeholder Dialogue and engagement, we developed a materiality index based on the above input as well as a global industry benchmark. After conducting an internal audit of existing programmes and working with line management we set targets and sustainability objectives. After the strategy was delivered we assisted the client with developing their first sustainability report.
